Broad Arrow Auctions is bringing an exceptional lineup of collector cars to its first Zürich Auction, taking place on 1 November 2025 at The Dolder Grand Hotel in association with Auto Zürich. Many of these extraordinary automobiles boast Swiss provenance, underscoring the country’s long-standing passion for collectible and historic vehicles.
Swiss-Owned Icons on Display
The Broad Arrow Zürich Auction 2025 will feature more than 60 of the world’s most collectible cars, all presented in the refined setting of the Dolder Grand overlooking Lake Zürich. As the official auction partner of the Auto Zürich motor show, Broad Arrow’s debut in Switzerland is a celebration of craftsmanship, heritage, and performance.
Highlights of the Catalogue
Among the most anticipated entries is a 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB Alloy, a lightweight “long nose” V12 grand tourer delivered new to Italauto SA in Lausanne. Retaining continuous Swiss ownership, matching numbers, and Ferrari Classiche certification, this elegant example is estimated between CHF 2.2 and 2.6 million.
Equally captivating is a 1956 Jaguar D-Type short-nose, one of only 71 built and remarkably preserved in its original condition. Unlike most D-Types, this example has never been used in competitive motorsport, adding to its rarity and estimated value of CHF 5.25–6.25 million.
Modern Legends Join the Classics
Beyond vintage icons, contemporary supercars will also grace the auction. A 2020 Bugatti Chiron Sport, finished in Blue Carbon over Deep Blue and Grigio leather, offers W16-powered performance with just 11,000 km on the odometer. Estimated between CHF 2.9 and 3.2 million, it represents the pinnacle of modern engineering and exclusivity.
Additional head-turners include a 1993 Lamborghini Diablo Evolution GTR , one of ten Affolter-built examples , recently restored in Viola paintwork with a blue Alcantara interior. Its bold styling and Swiss history make it a rare piece of 1990s supercar culture.
Historic Provenance and Performance
The auction also features important pre- and post-war classics such as a 1952 Ferrari 212 Europe Pinin Farina Coupe, originally owned by film director Roberto Rossellini and Ingrid Bergman, and a 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III Voll & Ruhrbeck Cabriolet with exquisite coachwork and Pebble Beach pedigree.
For motorsport enthusiasts, the 1962 Lotus 22 Formula Junior ex-Jo Siffert/Scuderia Filipinetti is a highlight. This meticulously maintained racer has a rich competition history and remains eligible for historic racing events, carrying an estimate of CHF 100,000–150,000.
Additional Highlights
- 1967 Lamborghini Miura P400 (CHF 1.75–2.0 million)
- 1994 Jaguar XJ220 (CHF 420,000–470,000)
- 2007 Porsche 911 Turbo Gemballa Avalanche GTR 750 EVO-R (CHF 150,000–250,000)
- 2014 McLaren P1 (CHF 1.1–1.4 million)
